Sweetwater Scuba has the highest cumulative reach on ALL of the top 4 social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Tiktok, Facebook) and stays in the “Top 3” scuba diving podcasts on Spotify and Apple. 

• Sweetwater only manages accounts that bring value to the aquatic outdoor community. This may include scuba, freediving, mermaiding, conservation, outdoor, travel, and equipment/outerwear in related fields.

• Each post is organically supervised and approved by Kenny Dyal, on all platforms. All plans are for a minimum of a 90-day period, paid monthly or up-front, and renewable.

• The goal is to increase followers, brand awareness, views, engagement, community growth, notify followers of special events or promotions, and ultimately increase conversion.

• From content generation to comments, no more stressing over your social accounts! All elements of social media are handled.

• The following primary platforms are managed by Sweetwater: INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK, YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK . *Also reposted to Threads.  X can be added for $200/mo.

Selection 1 | $2800 mo

• 5 posts + 5 stories per week

• 1 on-site, in-person, content creation visit per 90 days 

• 1 Podcast interview to all platforms (one episode per year)

• 1 Biweekly 1hr zoom meeting

• 1 Collab post on Sweetwater channels per 90 days
  

Selection 2 | $3200 mo

• 6 posts + 7 stories per week

• 1 on-site, in-person, content creation visit per 90 days 

• 1 Podcast interview to all platforms (one episode per year)

• 1 Biweekly 1hr-zoom meeting, (or) weekly 30-min Zoom meeting.

• 2 Collab posts (2 per 90 days) on all Sweetwater channels

Selection 3 | $3800 mo

• 7 posts + 8 stories per week

• 1 on-site, in-person, content creation visit per 90 days +

  additional monthly option: pay only for hard transport cost.

• 1 podcast interview per 90 days, 2 per year.

• 1 weekly 1hr-zoom meeting

• 3 Collab posts (1 per month) with all Sweetwater channels

• 1 promo/shoutout commercial per 90 days, posted on Sweetwater stories, with video delivered for free license usage.

Selection 4 | $4800 mo

• 10 posts + 11 stories per week

• 1 on-site, in-person, content creation visit per 90 days +

  additional monthly option: pay only for hard transport cost.

• 1 Podcast interviews per year

• 1 weekly 1-hr Zoom meeting

• 3 Collab posts (1 per month) on all Sweetwater channels

• 1 monthly promo/shoutout commercial posted in all Sweetwater Story feeds, with video delivered for free license usage.

After initial payment, Sweetwater will email an invoice with payment link for subsequent payments. (Payment can be made here on this page's dropdown, or invoice can be emailed)

TIMELINE:

• Once first payment is made, we setup a digital meeting.

• Schedule in-person content creation visit.

• Agreement is sent for both parties to sign.

• User permissions, shared folders, and general scheduling is setup.

• In-person content creation visit usually lasts between 1 & 2 days, depending on location and subject matter.

• Within 7 days (or less) of departure, content begins and social media is handled.

• Every 90 days there will be an option to renew.

• There is a reduced rate for 6 month and 1 year agreements, once the initial 90 days has been completed.

On-site, in-person content creation visits have the following budget included:

• $1000 travel allowance for initial visit, $500 each thereafter. For example, Sweetwater pays up to $1000 transport cost for the initial content creation visit, and pays up to $500 thereafter. If transport exceeds the above amounts, Sweetwater will notify you and simply send an electronic invoice for the difference.

Transport cost includes:

• Standard airline seating for two people (main cabin), including most reasonably direct flight available, and 1 checked bag or paid carry-on.
• Standard hotel room for two people based on local average rate per Google search of that time and city.
• Economy rental car/ride share to/from airport, hotel, and content destination for a total of two people.
• For driving to a destination, cost is figured at $0.70 per mile based on Google Maps distance. This rate includes all fuel, tolls, and any other mileage costs.
• Any upgrades to seating, vehicle/room upgrades, additional nights, etc. will not be included in the invoice.
• Additional/irregular transport (such as ferries, boat/plane charters, overnight flights, etc.) will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
• Unless otherwise specified, all transport will be based from an original point of Orlando, FL, USA. (MCO airport)
